| Abstract: | This paper addresses the improvement in the processes of formulation of the single plan for legalization and formalization of mining of the Ministry of Mines and Energy through the Deming cycle starting from its four stages. For the formulation of the plan, an improvement proposal will be developed with the aim of optimizing its structure. An initial diagnosis will be initiated and based on this, improvement tools will be applied, then the information will be collected and analyzed to finally propose corrective actions to the formulation of the single plan for legalization and mining formalization of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo aborda la mejora en los procesos de formulación del plan único de legalización y formalización minera del Ministerio de minas y energía a través del ciclo Deming partiendo de sus cuatro etapas. Para la formulación del plan se desarrollará una propuesta de mejora con el objetivo de optimizar la estructura del mismo. Se iniciará un diagnóstico inicial y en base a ello se aplicarán herramientas de mejora, posteriormente se recopilará y analizará la información para finalmente proponer acciones correctivas a la formulación del plan único de legalización y formalización minera del Ministerio de minas y energía. |
