Abstract

The main objective of ths work is to evaluate the risks of the credit and portfolio collecction process of Incubadora Santander S.A., through a matrix that allows the timely detection and evaluation of risks that may arise, the methodology used is the COSO II or ERM standard. This is a tool that will allow the departament to have control of the process, develop improvement plans and make the right decisions in the corporate transformation and decisions in the corporate transformation and thus comply with the objective.
