Plan de mejoramiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) en el área de Talento Humano de la Constructora Inmobiliaria Laura Rivera S.A.S.

Abstract

As a requirement of the University of Pamplona, to obtain the degree as a professional in Business Administration, the work of the Laura Rivera Real Estate Builder is highlighted for opening spaces for participation to students, where they can explore and experience knowledge in their areas of study. and acquire new skills for professional and personal strengthening, having continuous progress, which leads to obtaining the proposed objectives during the 4 months of practice. This space presents the objectives, functions and expectations of this cycle of academic training with the aim of increasing knowledge, skills and qualities, for optimal professional performance, achieved during training at the University of Pamplona. In the following work, an improvement plan is proposed in order to develop an optimal and effective method in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) to mitigate some shortcomings presented through the continuous improvement of the conditions and the work environment and the effective control of hazards and risks in the workplace. The development of a systematic activity that tends to be perfected to the point of minimizing the possibility of occupational accidents, loss of materials or professional illnesses derived from unfavorable conditions is essential, the main objective being to ensure the quality of life at work.
