dc.descriptionLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo “Analizar los efectos de la periodización lineal inversa, ondulación diaria y lineal, en púberes, en el lanzamiento de balón medicinal, salto en longitud, saltos CMJ, y SJ, y velocidad en 10 metros”. Setenta y cinco niños en estadio púber, fueron asignados de forma aleatoria en tres grupos, grupo entrenamiento lineal inverso (25), grupo entrenamiento ondulación diaria (25), y grupo de entrenamiento lineal (25), durante 20 semanas de intervención. El análisis de los datos se realizó en el software SPSS versión 21.0. El nivel de significancia se estableció en p≤ 0,05, para todos los análisis. Para verificar el efecto de las intervenciones, se realizó un MANOVA de dos factores (grupo x momento) con medidas repetidas para el factor de momento para cada tipo de inicio. La prueba post hoc de Bonferroni se utilizó para verificar las diferencias entre los factores cuando se indicó la interacción en el análisis. Los tamaños del efecto (ES) se calcularon utilizando la d de Cohen. Los análisis relevaron diferencias significativas (р≤0.05) en velocidad lineal en 10 metros (s), en el grupo de entrenamiento lineal inverso (2,5%; ES=1.8; р≤0.000), lineal (9.9%; ES=0.83; р≤0.000), y grupo de ondulación diaria (3,2%; ES=2,20; р≤0.000); en el salto CMJ en el grupo de entrenamiento lineal inverso (7,5%; ES=2.2; р≤0.000), lineal (20%; ES=6.30; р≤0.000), y grupo de ondulación diaria (21,7%; ES=8,3; р≤0.000); en el salto SJ grupo de entrenamiento lineal inverso (6,6%; ES=1.6; р≤0.000), lineal (35,8%; ES=8.2; р≤0.000), y grupo de ondulación diaria (30,7%; ES=8,2; р≤0.000); en el salto de longitud en el grupo de entrenamiento lineal (6,6%; ES=0.91; р≤0.028), y grupo de ondulación diaria (9,3%; ES=0,63; р≤0.005); en el lanzamiento de balón en el grupo de entrenamiento lineal (16,8%; ES=2.2; р≤0.00), y grupo de ondulación diaria (3,6%; ES=0,64; р≤0.032). No se evidenció diferencias significativas en el salto de longitud del grupo de entrenamiento lineal inverso (1,5%; ES=0.91; р≤0.783), y en el lanzamiento de balón del grupo de entrenamiento lineal inverso (0,4%; ES=0.02; р≤0.925).es_CO
