Abstract

The Motilones Sports Club focused on sports training through the practice of soccer, psychological, recreational, care for nature and improving the quality of life of children and young people in the region, with the support of Senior Management and As an administrative tool, I adopt the Design of the Integrated Management System under the Colombian technical standards NTC ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 for the Motilones sports club in the Training Management process, seeking with its implementation to strengthen the provision of the service, the standardization of processes, continuous improvement, decision making and the competitiveness of the Club in the Department. The integration of the Quality Management System and the Environmental Management System based on the PHVA cycle approach and the process approach was carried out in three fundamental phases; In the first instance, a current diagnosis of the company is presented based on the requirements established in the aforementioned regulations. In the second phase the processes and their documentation were identified, during the third phase the documentation of the processes was complemented and compliance with the requirements demanded in the regulations and the Integrated Management System was presented to Senior Management documented and the socialization of the same as an axis of strengthening the activities that are carried out daily in the provision of the service in the Club the importance of having SIG in favor of the growth and the fulfillment of the established goals, the positioning and the social commitment of the company with its stakeholders.
