Abstract

The present proposal intended to carry out the design of the integrated management system, based on the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards for the company AFA CONSULTORES Y CONSTRUCTORES S.A. Pamplona – Norte de Santander branch. This proposal was carried out in three stages: Diagnosis, GIS documentary structure and documentation of the missionary process. The first stage corresponded to the diagnosis, with the aim of knowing the processes of the organization and determining the current state of the company with respect to the guidelines required by the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards, for which an interview was applied. and checklist. The second stage of documentary structure, the entire documentary structure of the integrated management system for the company AFA CONSULTORES Y CONSTRUCTORES S.A.S was developed under the aforementioned standards. And the third stage of documentation of the missionary process, where each of the activities of the process execution of auditing projects within the integrated management system was documented.
