Cerebral Palsy is defined as a group of movement and posture disorders that cause limitation in mobility. It is caused by a non-progressive lesion of the brain in the first years of life (Ramos et al., 2021). Children with CP have complex and heterogeneous motor disorders that cause gait deviations (Armand, 2016). The gait pattern is acquired in childhood and with practice, the neurosensory system converts it into an adaptation process that generates repetitive motor control commands, which allow the individual to walk without conscious effort (Osorio & Valencia, 2013). There is still no general consensus on which rehabilitation intervention is the most effective to rehabilitate walking in children with cerebral palsy. Most systematic reviews of the literature investigate the effects of a single intervention (Moreau et al., 2016). According to the aforementioned, it is necessary to answer the following question: ¿what are the rehabilitation approaches in Physiotherapy in walking for patients with Cerebral Palsy? Therefore, the objective that arises for this monograph is to identify the rehabilitation approaches from Physiotherapy in the march in children with cerebral palsy. As a methodology, a compilation monograph was carried out in the first semester of 2022, using systematic reviews, meta-analyses and RCTs as objects of study, collected in different databases such as PEDro, Pubmed, Google Scholar, Elsevier. Keywords and/or controlled terminological vocabulary were used for their search.es_CO
