Caracterización morfológica de la colección de marañón (Anacardium occidentale L.) en el municipio de San Cayetano Norte de Santander.

Abstract

The research process began with the selection of 50 variables which were determined based on the IPGRI descriptors, these variables were evaluated in 76 trees corresponding to (Anacardium occidentale l.) existing in the Municipality of San Cayetano Norte de Santander plot. research ASOHOFRUCOL. The results obtained through fieldwork were pooled with HCA analysis based on Euclidean distance. (Hierarchical Methods of Cluster Analysis). The results analysis process was carried out through a principal components analysis based on a technique that allows the relationship between some variables and their influence on the sample to be evaluated at the same time. The objective of the research is to group the genetic material based on similar characters through an analysis of principal components, to determine the genetic material it must be complemented with molecular type tests. A contribution of a technical document is provided in which the main characteristics are denoted, the morphology of its characteristics, use is of vital importance to provide information to those who find interest in the learning process and cultivation innovation.
