Abstract

This work intends to carry out an analysis of technical aspects for the interpretation of the Concerto No. 2 Opus 12 for trumpet in B flat by the German composer Karl Wilhelm Brandt in order to allow a better musical understanding from the musical analysis, taking into account the fundamentals technical and interpretive skills necessary to execute the work in question and in turn defining the type of harmony to be, phrases, melody, structure of the piece and technical skills required for its execution. Likewise, this document contains the identification of technical difficulties and the implementation of various technical works of instrumental execution through an implemented study process. It is worth mentioning that this essay is based on the qualitative research methodology with descriptive arguments. Finally, this initiative aims to be technical - musical and instrumental support material for the study of the trumpet, aimed at future students of this instrument inside and outside the University of Pamplona.
