Abstract

This research-creation project "Memories of my being" is born from the need to talk about a personal experience, where through artistic practices I seek to reconstruct my memory, to which Nana's memories belong and that due to the feelings that arose from her absence were blurred. We want to reconstruct the memories to heal and resignify the experience, therefore we are not looking for a solution to a problem or to prove a hypothesis, taking into account this, the work is materialized, which is made up of eight pieces, Vistiendo mi memoria Sensaciones vividas, Desvaneciendo, A través de mí, te mando esta carta, ¿Mamá?, Azul, Escúchame y Calma which starts from an archive, where the main element is the embroidery, which allows me to weave and connect through the threads these memories.
