Abstract

In this work you will find the history along the trajectory of the COOPTMOTILON LTDA cooperative, corporate image, values and principles, and in addition to a detailed diagnosis in general where it has a dofa to determine the improvement proposal. Therefore, the general objective is to design and implement a process manual for inventory management and control. On the other hand, there is the development of the proposal where the processes that intervene in the inventory control, the based regulations, the accounting and general policies, as well as the profile, functions and responsibilities of the service station administrator and the discharges are found. Finally, there are the conclusions of the work carried out and recommendations for the cooperative.
