Visibilización del liderazgo en acciones sociales ejercidas por mujeres en el área metropolitana de Cúcuta.

Abstract

The project arises from the need to make visible the cultural, artistic and social processes that take place in Cúcuta and Norte de Santander, where the protagonists are resilient women who rise up daily with the goal of transforming lives and sharing the knowledge they have acquired through over the years from their positive and negative experiences and even from their limitations. They are housewives and professionals who dedicate their lives to their respective territories, just for the satisfaction of seeing how the lives of children, young people and adults are being transformed, as well as their vision of social reality and the environment, being themselves the ones who create your chances. For the docuseries, a sample of 10 professional and empirical women and 4 girl leaders who work for Norte de Santander, a place that has been under insecurity, misfortune, armed conflict and acts against humanity, was taken for years. On the part of the state and its inhabitants, this reality is what these women seek to mitigate and give it other colors, making children, youth and adults manage to take it as one more reason to fight and seek new paths that provide them with dreams and goals, but not as a way to stagnate and think that your destiny is to fail.
