    Abstract: Masa y Stork is a multinational Dutch Colombo which offers asset management, operation and maintenance services for industrial plants in the hydrocarbons sector, the company has a large presence in countries such as Peru, Colombia, United States and Europe, always standing out for experiencing outstanding growth, for its good safety and health at work practices and for having as its main corporate value the safety of the different interest groups that are part of the service delivery process. During the practical stage carried out in the Human Resources area of said organization where activities were carried out such as support for the process of staff provision, analysis and support for the management of performance evaluations among others, it was possible to know much more thoroughly the operation of the company from the financial, operational and Human Talent point of view, which allowed the development of a diagnosis where some minimum deficiencies were detected, especially in the area of Human Resources, our proposal for improvement according to the diagnosis was to design an online technical test management model which would allow the DCH area to optimize time in one of its processes.
