    Resumen : The objective of this work is the design, creation and consolidation of the human talent area in the construction company MORESA S.A.S., based on the structuring and documentation of the processes that are the competence of this area. Analyzing the processes of human talent in the organization forces the specialist in human talent management to reflect on the way in which they are experienced by the people who make up the organization and the relationships they establish with each other, that is, the way in which Objectives and strategies are implemented in such a way that they can directly affect the design, structure and relationships of the subjects that compose them and therefore, in all their processes and products. Human management is an essential component that obeys an integrating process and aims to provide all staff with the necessary skills to carry out their work; In this sense, integrating human management into the general management of the organization involves identifying, formulating and designing policies aimed at visualizing the purposes of the organization in the future, whenever maximum performance is conceived from the perspective of development, personal growth and a positive and favorable attitude that is oriented toward the achievement of individual objectives. In this context, the area of human management must carry out different processes aimed at making individuals, groups and organization more effective. The development process must begin when individuals enter the organization and must continue throughout their stay in the company. These processes cover many and varied areas related to labor links, present among individuals and with the general organization. Among them is the search and selection of future members; take care of the collection and administration of their documentation; manage your hiring; pay accrued wages and other benefits; provide training 4 and training appropriate to the work needs of employees; evaluate performance; control the security conditions in which you work; inquire about the level of employee motivation to maintain or improve it, as well as monitor the possible emergency situations related to them and give them concrete solutions.
