Abstract

We well know that taking the knowledge learned in a classroom to real life is a very big change and more so for those who have no experience in the field, since doubts arise as to whether they are doing it well, the errors that can commit and can correct them. But, just as there are students learning, there are also companies that may have a short or long time in operation, but they do not know how to direct their goals, objectives, profitability, costs, expenses, etc., to achieve success such as those organizations that are very well structured. It is important that companies can give future professionals the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities and detect their shortcomings in order to better train and grow internally with new knowledge. This report will reveal in the first instance what the company is like, where it came from, how it is projected and how it works. Likewise, the functions that will be carried out as an intern and from this the analysis of their work areas where they will reflect the strengths and weaknesses they have, and it is from there that the proposal of the practice begins: its objectives, the time that will be available to do so and what will be left to the company for its improvement.
