Abstract

The business practice aims to develop the knowledge acquired by the student during their training as a future professional in Public Accounting, a practice carried out as a fellow in public and private organizations. In this process of business practice, it is expected to promote in the student the development of skills and abilities of the discipline that confront the theoretical supports acquired in the course of their academic activity, with the activities carried out within a company. In this sense, the University of Pamplona, in accordance with the basic requirements of the Public Accounting program, establishes agreements with public and private entities such as the corporation for the love of our land, the Ariporo Casanare mayoralty, an entity of the State that Its objective is the preservation of the works and the development of the municipality and in its different administrative processes it admits students from the different academic programs offered by the University of Pamplona to carry out their practice. In the development of the practice, the student is in an area where they are assigned the functions to develop under the direction of a supervisor. In this sense, the student's prior knowledge of the company, its social and specific purpose of the activities carried out in it, generates a diagnosis from which he structures his proposal for improvement. This report corresponds to the business practice carried out in the Ariporo Casanare city hall.
