    Abstract: The purpose of this research work is to determine the influence of the social environment on the attitude towards sexuality of people with cognitive disabilities attached to the municipal mayor's office of Pamplona Norte de Santander, based on the application of the impact study tools for residential environment (REIS) group / social environment determining the social environment of Gail Fisher and the Hanon scale. Trueblood, sexual attitude questionnaire (TSAQ) knowing the sexual attitude. For the achievement of this research, the instruments were applied to people with disabilities from 16 to 35 years old who were explained about the research, which both they and their family member or caregiver agreed to sign the informed consent during the second period of the year 2019.
    Description: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como fin determinar la influencia del entorno social en la actitud hacia la sexualidad de personas con discapacidad cognitiva adscritas a la alcaldía municipal de Pamplona Norte de Santander, a partir de la aplicación de los instrumentos estudio de impacto de entorno residencial (REIS) entorno de grupos/social determinando el entorno social de Gail Fisher y la escala de Hanon. Trueblood, cuestionario de actitud sexual (TSAQ) conociendo la actitud sexual. Para el logro de esta investigación se aplicaron los instrumentos a personas con discapacidad de 16 a 35 años que se les explico sobre la investigación, que tanto ellos como su familiar o cuidador accedieron a firmar el consentimiento informado durante el segundo periodo del año 2019.
