Diseño de un manual de manejo de activos fijos para la empresa ALENO S.A.S.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to design a manual for the management of fixed assets for the company Aleno Sas - Biomedical Solutions; This proposal will be made and completed through the fulfillment of the specific objectives embodied in the development of the work, starting with a diagnosis focused on the policies, conditions, formats and processes that are applied within the company to the goods.

In the process, the guidelines that the company has already defined are filtered, leaving those that can be used and/or modified to define the scope and content of the manual, in addition, establishing the most appropriate and effective management procedures for the fixed assets of the company, the organization, which will be presented and expressed in flow charts and tables.

The manual, completely structured and approved by the tutor Teresa Jaimes, is delivered and officially socialized with the financial - administrative area of the entity.
