    Abstract: INTRODUCTION: In a broad vision of a social nature, it is observed that people with disabilities are not aware of the regulations that dictate their rights and economic problems are added to them, based on this they use ICT to know and take advantage of the information Which can be obtained by entering a website METHODS: descriptive research under the qualitative, cross-cutting approach, with Lean method design and grounded theory RESULTS: 16 people participated in the study, 9 codes were grouped into 42 categories, ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION : The design and accessibility of the website are unified through the reorganization, modification and feeding provided by the participants. CONCLUSIONS: a website is implemented, providing efficiency and greater progress in legal processes, complying with the infringed rights and priorities that require Care and solution for people with disabilities.
    Description: INTRODUCCION: En una visión amplia y de carácter social, se observa quelas personas con discapacidad presentan un desconocimiento de la normativa que dictan sus derechos y se le suman problemas económicos, con base a esto se emplean las TIC para que conozcan y aprovechen la información que pueden obtener ingresando a un sitio web. METODOS: investigación descriptiva bajo el enfoque cualitativo, de corte trasversal, con diseño del método Lean y la teoría fundamentadaRESULTADOS: Participaron en el estudio 16 personas se obtuvo 9 códigos agrupados en 42 categorías, ANALISIS Y DISCUSION: Se unifica el diseño y accesibilidad al sitio web a través de la reorganización, modificación y alimentación aportada por los participantes CONCLUSIONES: se implementa un sitio web aportando eficacia y mayor avance en los procesos legales, que cumplan los derechos vulnerados y prioridades que requieren de atención y solución las personas en situación de discapacidad.
