Factores asociados a ideación suicida en estudiantes universitarios.

Abstract

Suicide is a public health problem worldwide and is considered the second cause of death among university students, suicidal behavior is presented first as an idea, negatively influencing the different areas of adjustment of the individual and, in turn, promoting self-injurious and self-destructive behaviors, up to causing consummate suicide. The present investigation presents the objective of analyzing the investigations that have been carried out at the international, national and local level, about the factors associated with suicidal ideation in university students from 2015to the present, through a research compilation. Methodology: descriptive, with a qualitative approach and with a compilation design of documentary review of 39investigations.
