dc.description | Diseñar, proyectar y desarrollar un robot capaz de realizar los procesos impre sión 3D + mecanizado implementando la configuración cartesiana. Se tomó un formato neutro y se propuso un interpretador según la norma ISO 10303 AP238, disponiendo de sus servicios para la creación entornos de simulación de robots, manufactura de piezas y posicionamientos de máquinas, con el fin de que la má quina realice los procesos de manufactura híbrida de la mejor manera posible, sacando mejor partida de la máquina. La complejidad de algunas piezas debido a las geometrías que la constituyen tanto externa como internamente imposibili tan el desarrollo del mismo, las largas horas de fabricación retrasan el avance de éstos, algunas veces las piezas fabricadas no terminan siendo las ideales para las aplicaciones para las cuales han sido creadas por el hecho de no estar correcta mente fabricadas ya sea porque la máquina usada presenta errores de calibración haciendo así que las piezas no tengan las medidas deseadas, la implementación de la manufactura híbrida busca solventar todos estos problemas. | es_CO |
dc.description.abstract | Design, project and develop a robot capable of performing 3D printing + machi ning processes implementing the Cartesian configuration. A neutral format will be taken and an interpreter will be proposed according ISO 10303 AP238, having its services for the creation of robot simulation environments, parts manufacturing and machine positioning, in order for the machine to carry out the processes of Hybrid manufacturing in the best possible way, getting the best out of the ma chine. The complexity of some parts due to the geometries that constitute it both externally and internally make it impossible to develop it, the long hours of ma nufacture delay their advancement, sometimes the manufactured parts do not end up being ideal for the applications for which they have been been created due to the fact of not being correctly manufactured, either because the used machine has calibration errors, thus causing the parts to not have the desired measurements, the implementation of hybrid manufacturing seeks to solve all these problems | es_CO |
