    Abstract: Providing customers with a quality service is essential for any company that wants to be successful and even more if we plan to grow, position and maintain ourselves in the market over the years. The main objective of this work is to make a re-direction both commercial and services in the store and workshop Gavan, and thus accelerate growth both in the municipality and go gradually positioning at the departmental level. To achieve this goal, a series of tasks were carried out that allowed improving both the attention to the public and the internal relations of the microenterprise. The activities that were carried out were, remodeling and adaptation of the facilities of the point of sale, redesign of the corporate image, implementation of an accounting software, creation of a communication plan and defining and structuring a manual of functions; In order to carry out these objectives, the owner of the microenterprise destined one item to each of the activities. The results obtained were favorable and demonstrated the importance of carrying out activities in order to improve and grow as a company, since they significantly increased sales and customer service. It is recommended that the company continue in the process of positioning and growth as there are opportunities in the market to continue expanding.
