    dc.description.abstractThe following draft business practice as a modality of work of grade contains the development of the proposal of the plan of improvement of the corporate image MISCELLANEOUS D'TODITO.COM, o forward visibility, strength and potential compared to its competitors allowing you to achieve greater recognition and remembrance in the minds of customers, through strategies for optimization of communicative processes of the company through an improvement plan based on ICTS and organizational structuring to meet the needs of the same. This is a proposal that was born out of the need to complement the image and identity of the company in mention, strengthening those factors that required a change of corporate image and the strengthening of the organizational estructuré in addition to the creation of policies in support of the reason for the Company, logo, slogan, the organizational chart, map of processes and strategies focused on the growth of the company that will allow the recognition from your image. This project is a prototype that the professional business administration that can forge in the modality for business and commerce, projecting not only the entrepreneurial spirit but also the knowledge acquired at each lecture over the academic process, leading projects that contribute to the development of the entrepreneur today. On the basis of the needs to achieve a better positioning in the market, was carried out the identification of the current variables of royalty, prestige and positioning of the miscellaneous D'TODITO.COM.es_CO
