Abstract

The professional practice was carried out in the company Kimosavi Internacional SAS, which is dedicated to the commercialization of computer equipment and stationery, is located in the city of Yopal, recognized for its trajectory and quality.

The improvement proposal that was made to this company is of a strategic plan which provided the company with tools in line with the development of the company and that help the growth and endurance in the market.

In consideration of the proposal presented, the following matrices were developed: EFI, EFE, DOFA, PEEA, MPC, MBCG, MICMAC and an action plan, with their respective budget. It should be noted that for the successful achievement of this research, we had As a primary source of information, the documents provided by the company Kimosavi International, the necessary additional information was obtained from sources outside the company.
