Abstract

This work was carried out as an improvement proposal from which A diagnosis allows the structure of the improvement proposal, which consists of the strategic direction of the Business Incubator Center, External Unit of Entrepreneurship Sena- Emprender Fund, which makes it necessary to study the regulations and operating manual of this entity. In this sense, in the development of the practice, the strategic direction defines the organizational route that the entity must follow to achieve its mission objectives; it requires periodic review to adjust it to changes in the environment and to the development of competences within; channels its operation under the parameters of quality, efficiency and effectiveness required by the different interest groups, as well as the control and evaluation parameters to govern the entity, thus making it necessary to establish its composition. Conceived in practice, it defines the organizational route to be followed by the Business Incubator Center, Sena External Entrepreneurship Unit - Emprender Fund for the achievement of its objectives, because it allows to schedule a periodic review for changes in the environment
