    Abstract: In the world of work it is worth highlighting and highlighting the competitive, complex and difficult that has become today; where the opportunities offered by this one are really very few and the challenge of people who have just graduated from different programs is to find a job in which to work, since work experience is the fundamental, main and immutable factor required to be hired by different national companies. Currently as a practitioner of the Business Administration program, I find and I am inspired to propose the improvement proposal in the audit area of the company UNIDROGAS SA in the city of Bucaramanga to which I belong, which is a company dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of medicines for human consumption throughout the country, with an excellent strategic partner laboratory. The birth of this idea is presented at the time of evidencing inconsistencies in the visits of the team of external auditors to the different points of sales throughout the country, where the papers as legal documents and different certificates that are requirements for the good and total functioning they were not up to date or they were not, and these are clear and just reasons for the resounding closure of the drugstore. In this way I came up with the idea of proposing a format for the evaluation and compliance of legal documents and certificates for the operation of the point of sale that should be carefully completed by the Supervisor of the respective Zone and by the audit department at each visit, Likewise, it would optimize different processes such as the closing of the cash register, the loading of referrals and others that belong to the inventory process.
