Abstract

In the world of work, it is worth highlighting and highlighting how competitive, complex and difficult it has become today; where the opportunities offered by the same are really very few and the challenge of the newly graduated people of the different programs is to be able to find a job to perform, since work experience is the fundamental, main and immutable factor as a requirement to be hired by the different national companies. Currently, as a practitioner of the Business Administration program, I find and I am inspired to propose the improvement proposal in the Planning and Systems area of the Senate of the Republic in the city of Bogotá to which I belong, which is an entity of which the laws and decrees are carried out and governed are carried out for the future of Colombia. The birth of this idea is presented at the time of evidencing the misuse of resources in the area, where the required documents were not necessary to have them in physical environment due to technological advances could easily be done digitally. In this way I came up with the idea of raising this campaign and achieving compliance with legal documents and activities to be carried out for each of the units that should be carefully completed by the Supervisor of the respective Zone and also optimize different processes such as the expense of role, make the way of communication and process improvement. Business practice becomes important, since it is the first approach we have as students to a true work experience and which in turn helps us to apply the theoretical-practical knowledge acquired in professional preparation, leads us to know the reality of the world of work and what are the responsibilities of the workers, the experience of working in a team, of complying with schedules and the management of our profession's own scenarios such as teamwork, work under pressure, competition management, among others.
