Abstract: | The following report contains the basic aspects of the Pamplona Chamber of Commerce, such as its history, mission, vision, objectives, values and principles. Then the functional areas are described, a diagnosis is made by area where the findings are identified and solutions are proposed for those shortcomings presented by the entity. We also use a DOFA matrix to identify the different weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats in order to propose strategies in relation to them. We continue with the structuring and development of the improvement proposal, including a schedule of activities that will provide us with assistance in the execution of the proposal to be made. Then we collect information from the database of the Organization on traders to know their training needs and finally we carry out the design of the themes of the different courses to be developed. |
