Abstract

Occupational health and safety is an issue that has now acquired great relevance in public and private companies in Colombia, an example are all the legal provisions approved in recent years that seek the employer to prepare and care in their work environment, What should you do about these possible problems? There are some companies that are not found or simply are not implemented because they do not find it necessary and / or important in your business for these reasons is that accidents occur that lead to endangering the life of the employer and legal problems to the company that can carry out a temporary closure.

For these reasons it would be important to implement a system of occupational safety and health management, which is solid, understandable to its workers and is well structured, in the ESE PAZ DEL RIO HEALTH CENTER company that is currently in a process of reinstatement in occupational safety and health, is something that they are beginning to implement due to the various complaints by their clients and employers for the poor condition of their infrastructure that can cause diseases to their employers and clients, with the recent incorporation of professionals have allowed to minimize these gaps in many processes to have a good control, organization and optimization.

This small project seeks to contribute to the safety and health at work in the company, knowing more about its staff and providing solutions that reduce accidents and possible diseases, for this different method were adopted providing employees with optimism and effectiveness.
