Sensibilización e inducción al personal de la Dependencia de Gestión Corporativa para el uso, apropiación e implementación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión y la norma NTC GP 1000 en el EPMSC de Pamplona.

Abstract

The Integrated Management System (GIS) is a process guide to learn, study and apply. It is a presentation of an orderly work system, informs and gives a brief explanation of the characteristics that public officials must present in the presentation of documentary information to provide a quality service, applying maximum detail to clearly understand the qualities and effects of accounting, budgetary, inventory, payment, warehouse and contracting items. According to the diagnosis made in the corporate dependency of the EPMSC Pamplona, it is observed that there is no focus on the use and application of the Integrated Management System (GIS), and the quality standards, leading to not work in an articulated way, with homogeneity, assembly or synergy to comply with the processes and process documentary information from one work area to another.

It is proposed to make a conference of sensitization and induction and support to the administrative staff, officials and executives of the EPMSC of Pamplona, to understand the importance and apply the Integrated Management System and quality standards.
