Abstract

This research is done in order to carry out a landscaping urban redesign for the student walk that is located on the road axis of 55th street between careers 28 and 31, in the city of Barrancabermeja in Santander. This tour was founded in 2010 with the purpose of giving life and dynamism to a sector that is prone to being a focus of insecurity due to being in an alley that borders two educational institutions such as the Seine Industrial and the Industrial Technical Institute. But as the months went by, it began to lose all interest for the nearby residents, since it was a long stretch and it took hold of mistrust as it was used as a place for robberies, quarrels and others by street inhabitants and students. of said community. 5 Explaining these reasons, a general study of the sector is made, through the documentary support on its history, and public opinion, as well as study instruments and data collection, looking for any other document that is required in the investigation. The personal opinion of the inhabitants of the sector is collected, a group meeting is held with community leaders and neighboring families, with the aim of exposing the subject and collecting the opinion of each participant. Based on the information collected, an architectural proposal is structured that aims to provide solutions to the different problems that arise in the sector, based on the joint opinion of each participant and the field study through photographs and the opinions of the community It is concluded that this redesign should mainly have a solution to the problem of insecurity, which must take into account climatic conditions to include green areas and structures that are friendly to the environment and no less important areas Maintain contrast with the climate of the city at different times of the day. It also concludes that this space must resume its initial proposal that it is to be an inclusive place and that it be for the enjoyment of its inhabitants, opening space for the whole family, including canine friends, to have recreation areas of all kinds. ages and recreation areas and a restaurant area for the sharing of families and inhabitants of the sector that seeks to reactivate not only the place but also to be a tourist point within the mayoral project for this mandate, and increase the economy in the area restaurants and jobs a rise in jobs as new employees are needed for these points of cleaning staff, maintenance, among others. 6 In this document you will find in chapter 1 the analysis that is done in detail to the place of redesign through the problems and the causes that affect the community, which do not allow this to be a meeting point and tourism for Barrancabermeja, in chapter 2 You will find the theories and concepts that were investigated to solve the problem and a comparison with some referents, from which key points will be taken that will serve to redesign the student's walk and, finally, the rules applied to execute this urban redesign will be identified- landscaping for public space and how each section of the place will be managed. Already in Chapter 3 the methodologies that were implemented within the redesign are reflected, and the application and execution of the objectives achieved, within the diagnosis an analysis of city, commune, neighborhood and finally of the sector, and to finish in Chapter 4 They will find results through strategic objectives and intervention strategies.
