    Abstract: This work of business practice is oriented to the Business Development Center of the University of Pamplona, which is a proposal that articulates the three axes of business development, University, Business and State (triple helix). which has two phases, two phases, the first when it started as a pilot SBDC project, for the acceleration of business and the promotion of agroindustrial development coordinated by FUNDESCAT with the participation of the Mayor of Pamplona, University of Pamplona, Chamber of Commerce of Pamplona, Unad Pamplona, ISER., And the municipalities of Pamplona, Pamplonita, Mutiscua, Silos, Cacota, Chitaga, Toledo, Labateca, Cucutilla and Chinácota. The second phase begins when the University of Pamplona assumes the coordination of the Business Development Center of Pamplona, through the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences. Its leadership in front of the Center was formalized with the visit of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, which formally establishes the guidelines and operational processes of the house of studies. Having as main objective to consolidate as an initiative towards entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs to facilitate the creation of new companies and the promotion and development of existing ones so that they contribute to the improvement of the economic development of the city. This project has six strategic management areas: Free and integral personalized business advice for business growth and acceleration; Work training; Integral management; Professional development plan; Promotion, Communication and Marketing Plan and Sustainability Plan.
