Abstract

The moors are strategic natural areas that must be preserved and preserved, because of the great natural wealth they possess and because they support the water supply, they are ecosystems that anyone in the world has the pleasure to visit, for this reason the research focuses on the search In new forms of tourism, tourism that helps the conservation of natural areas and in the same way educates citizens about the care that should be taken in various areas. This case is evidenced in the municipality of Cácota, North of Santander, which is part of the moor of Santurbán, with an area of 33.9% on it, and in which the greatest tourist attraction is the Laguna del Cacique, approximately by 13,200 tourists in the year. The research and the proposal, seek to create an alternative tourism, through the ecotourism path that leads to said lagoon, balancing the burdens that the aquatic ecosystem can support and promoting entrepreneurship in the region, through a new line of economy as it is tourism, taking advantage of natural wealth and in the same way helping to preserve it.
