Abstract

I want to make known my work of professional practice, carried out in the course of 4 months in the Infantry Battalion No. 13 General Custodio García Rovira, where I allowed myself to make a diagnosis of the unit in which I found myself working as it is Treasury, and according to the information that I could collect there, generate a plan of improvement that allows to solve some shortcomings that were being presented.

Initially I knew the historical review of this military unit, its mission and vision, values and principles that characterize them, the activities carried out there, and for all the information collected, perform the diagnosis in the different areas that are handled there, As communications, financial and human talent that is the first characteristic of this unit since its purpose and productivity is measured in the men who work there and in the results they generate.

Thanks to this, I was able to carry out an improvement plan aimed at designing a process manual for the treasury area, in which a more efficient and effective work is generated, guaranteeing a better functionality of this area, turning this bankruptcy into a strength that will be seen Reflected in the instant that is carried out.
