Abstract

In business practice held in the company Ascot & Consultants SAS is located in the city of Bucaramanga, I could expand the financial knowledge of the public sector, since it is a private company but their field is played by advising and managing the accounts of the various entities public. In the development of this practice, a diagnosis to the company where you could find some aspects of great value as his vast experience and knowledge in the labor camp where he is without doubt the important working group that lives took place in a harmonious environment. But equally some points that can trip up the development of the social object of the company, one of them and the most important is that employment contracts often depend mostly politics were found. Given the changes that are faced companies by decisions of control bodies responsible for monitoring, Ascont & Consultants was forced to reform the process of accountability to the Comptroller General of Santander, since implementation was given a new platform called Transparent Management. Therefore it was decided to make the creation of a manual for presentation of fiscal and financial reports on the platform transparent management by the company Ascont & Consultants, where this may serve as a guide for the management of this new platform. In this manual, detailed step by step, how we enter the transparent management platform, download the templates that are required in the tax and financial module, the information needed to fill these templates, and the same way we download the necessary information from the software used in most municipalities of Santander, and ends the manual showing how information should climb again in Transparent Management platform by the Comptroller General of Santander. With the implementation of this manual better processes, and activities of service of the reports will be obtained. Similarly it is encouraged to make a better analysis and understanding of the information, understanding what should be the appropriate presentation and quality of these, and avoiding disciplinary action by the Comptroller General of Santander
