    Abstract: He was admitted to the veterinary clinic small animals canine breed Schnauzer 8 years of age with a weight of 8.5 kg, with symptoms of hematuria. The patient was stabilized with fluids and antibiotic treatment, given the symptoms proceeded to perform a diagnostic test As blood count, blood chemistry, X-ray, where the presence of the estimated in the urinary bladder was evident. Drug therapy was continued with paragraph stabilize the patient. Two days later Provision should perform the surgical treatment and three days later the patient was sent home with oral medications, diet and calculolítica, currently the patient is fully recovered.
    Description: Fue ingresado a la clínica veterinaria de pequeños animales un canino de raza Schnauzer de 8 años de edad con un peso de 8,5 kg, con una sintomatología de hematuria. El paciente fue estabilizado con fluidoterapia y tratamiento antibiótico, dada la sintomatología se procedió a realizar exámenes diagnósticos como cuadro hemático, química sanguínea, radiografía, donde se evidenció la presencia de un cálculo en vejiga urinaria. Se continuó con terapia medicamentosa para estabilizar a la paciente. Dos días después se procede a realizar el tratamiento quirúrgico y tres días después la paciente fue enviada a casa con medicamentos vía oral y dieta calculolítica, actualmente la paciente se encuentra totalmente recuperada.
