Abstract

My work in the company SAS WATCHING consists of implementing ideas to improve the collection of the portfolio, since the company is going through a difficult time in which its accounts receivable has a very alarming figure u weigh being such a small company, therefore my purpose is help the company and to the clients. A chronogram has been created where the activities that will be carried out for the organization can be established and the objective of recovering at least part of the money; with the new clients, implement the best collection policies and in this way starting with a portfolio of lower figures, to help improve liquidity and its financial area. In this work we will analyze the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats to reach the conclusion that our research is efficient and effective for the organization.
