dc.description | La propuesta de este estudio fue la aplicación de dos programas de entrenamiento de las manifestaciones de la fuerza en población especialista en extinción de incendios (PEEI), que incluye: un entrenamiento de tipo convencional (EC) basado en ejercicios de fuerza muscular por medio de barras, mancuernas y pesas; y otro tipo de entrenamiento de tipo funcional (EF) basado en movimientos relacionados con el desempeño laboral real del personal especialista en extinción de incendios. Se realizó la revisión bibliográfica en idioma Español y en Inglés, buscando obtener una adecuada y actualizada fundamentación teórica del tema. En segunda medida se desarrolló la valoración física y funcional de los grupos de Entrenamiento Convencional (GEC), Entrenamiento Funcional (GEF), así como del grupo control (GC), acorde a protocolos de orden internacional (subida de cuerda lisa, carrera de 100 mts, press banca, flexiones de brazo en barra horizontal, carrera de 2000 mts lisos y natación 50 mts), Finalmente se realizó el período de adaptación anatómica y una intervención de 12 semanas para cada uno de los grupos de entrenamiento lo que permitió discutir con otros estudios y autores de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos por medio del análisis estadístico. | es_CO |
