    Abstract: During the first weeks of the practice, a general analysis was made of the shortcomings found in the area of assets in different aspects to begin to implement the possible improvement solutions. Some of them first began to socialize the manual of fixed assets of the company since it is of its strict application for all areas because it could be evidenced the ignorance of the established policies of the conditions that must be taken into account to be an asset in the company. According to the need, a template was developed to be able to relate and keep control of the fixed assets at the time of their activation as assets in assembly and subsequent to definitive assets. During the practice, other activities were developed such as the collection of information from the magnetic media of 2018, since the company does not have any specific program for this process and it is being done through Excel and it is a very manual work. I knew the procedure and the study of the financial statements of other companies to be created as suppliers taking into account the qualification that the company has to be able to define if it is viable or not in advance payments. The SRHI is a program by which the assets that are deregistered are registered. There we find an approval flow of nine people starting from Mexico, which is its head office to the company CENTELSA.
