Abstract: | The present work exposes in detail what has been done in the business practice, starting from a diagnosis where a series of shortcomings are identified with which the FENALCOBRA department currently has and the idea of developing the proposal for the design of a marketing strategy that allows the disclosing and promoting the service to all members belonging to the union, with the aim of offering and promoting the service through telemarketing, motivating them to use the service and fidelizing them more loyal to the federation, obtaining special benefits. |
