    Abstract: The following document is presented as a report of the business practice carried out in the DANE headquarters Bucaramanga by the, making known the strong and weak factors of the headquarters, and describing the activities assigned to the student in addition to describing the strategy implemented during the practice to internal level of the territory where the activities carried out to implement the zeropaper strategy in this headquarters are described and the processes and objectives achieved with these activities are described. Various processes that were carried out as strategies for the purpose of integrate all the staff, achieve lower costs and have an environmental impact.
