Abstract

In the development of the work was carried out the socialization of the costing systems most used in companies that allowed them to choose the most appropriate, improve and minimize possible costs not previously estimated, identify in a timely manner the factors within the organizational structure From the University of Pamplona. The present work seeks to design a system of costs for the practice of the laboratories of mechanics, electromagnetism, oscillations and waves of the University of Pamplona, as a tool to support the decision making that revolve around the control of its resources. For this, an investigation was carried out in which information was collected on the implementation of the system of costs, materials, labor and indirect manufacturing, to the physics laboratories of the University of Pamplona in the university citadel of the Eduardo Cote Lamus building, From the Laboratories of Mechanics, Electromagnetism, oscillations and waves, and will be accompanied in its administrative management to the warehouse and inventory office of the University of Pamplona.
