Abstract

The preparation of the following manual has contemplated pedagogical and didactic criteria to enable its application in a self directed way and thus users who make use of it can have a necessary and easy to use tool when fulfilling their obligations to the entity. The present manual is oriented so that the external client that makes use of the electronic computer service finds the orientations necessary to carry out the procedures that must follow in any of the procedures to be carried out.
