Abstract

The Toribio spa is a recently very recognized tourist sector in the city of SantaMarta, department of Magdalena, in which its inhabitants have found a source of income by exploiting great ideas, taking advantage of their nature and preserving the environment. The main objective of our degree work is the creation of LA TERRAZA TORIBIO, in which we will be formalizing the planning of the financial part, given that it is established empirically and there is no accounting software. The idea is to be efficient, have greater participation in the sector, for this we need regular and constant growth, this entails to updating financial, operational and accounting processes. Methodologically we will be applying the mixed approach, since analyzing the perspective that around it we can exercise it through surveys, as commercial strategies that allow carry out the operations and results that we want to have and also generate jobs. At the end of this work our purpose is to carry out this business plan for the creation of the LA TERRAZA TORIBIO restaurant, analyzing each of the parts that make up the design the financial, operational and administrative part capable of optimally managing the operationof the restaurant, gather information that would support its creation.
