Abstract

The objective of this work is to prepare an administrative diagnosis in three employee funds of the city of Valledupar, namely, CLINICA ERASMOS, VALLEDUPAR AND LAURA DANIELA, two of which are managed by the same administrator. Field research can be collected, for example, through surveys and interviews directed at fund managers and other employees, with the help of which the processes and activities that each entity carried out during its existence in the market are identified. The results obtained show that these three funds have a good track record, have been working for more than 30 years and each have more than 100 shareholders. ERASMOS and LAURA DANIELA invest their surplus in the entertainment of their colleagues, while VALLEDUPAR has different lines of investment that allow everyone to obtain greater profits, its employees have professional careers that allow them to make significant decisions and finally the financial statements are favorable, all The subsidiaries invest part of their salary and achieve a surplus of more than 50 million, but we must not ignore the risk that arises when someone does not pay the entire loan. It is then concluded that with the help of the above we can prepare a detailed proposal and thus make appropriate recommendations to optimize financial and human resources.
