    Abstract: In the present improvement proposal, the design of a guide of Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Shared Value was made as conceptual and didactic material for the Social Associations from the Secretary of Cooperation and Institutional Liaison of the Government of Cundinamarca, as an option of degree of the title of Business Administration. This proposal is proposed in order to support the Sustainability Strategy (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Shared Value for the Government of Cundinamarca and the Departmental Entities, under the "Unidos Podemos Más" 2016-2020 development plan. This guide seeks to highlight the importance of adopting the strategic management model of Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Shared Value in organizations, opportunities and creation that value that the company can create and maximize. This is presented from the Institutional Liaison Office of the Secretariat of Cooperation and Institutional Liaison, in order to contribute to the Strategy of Sustainability and Shared Value, which in turn this guide is used internally by the SCEI towards the different associations social.
