Abstract: The present undergraduate project was carried out in the village of Monterralo and its main objective was to perform comprehensive maintenance of the rural aqueduct system, which operates through a deep well. The activities conducted included the intervention and cleaning of the well, the inspection of the installed equipment, and the optimization of the extraction system to ensure continuous and efficient operation. Additionally, maintenance was performed on the storage tank, including cleaning tasks, structural inspections, and adjustments required for its proper functioning. A water treatment plant equipped with an aeration tower was also built, aimed at improving the quality of the water before its distribution to the community. During the development of these tasks, my role as an intern consisted of monitoring the construction schedule, verifying compliance with the established technical specifications, and ensuring the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety measures throughout the execution. These responsibilities contributed to maintaining control, organization, and proper progress of the project, ultimately strengthening the aqueduct system and improving the service provided to the beneficiary population.
