| Abstract: | The internship was carried out at DUMONT Ingeniería S.A.S., a company dedicated to the construction and maintenance of civil engineering works. The proposal consisted of providing technical support as an engineering assistant in activities related to the repair and maintenance of road, hydraulic, and other complementary infrastructure works along the section between K50+000 and K85+600 of the Bogotá–Villavicencio highway. During the internship, activities were conducted related to monitoring project execution, cost control, and supporting the preparation of budgets and bids. This aimed to contribute to the efficient management of the projects by meeting schedules, ensuring technical supervision of interventions, and applying current regulatory criteria, which in turn helped strengthen the intern’s professional competencies in the field of Civil Engineering. |
| Description: | El desarrollo de la práctica se realizó DUMONT Ingeniería S.A.S, empresa dedicada a la construcción y mantenimiento de obras de ingeniería civil. La propuesta consistió en brindar apoyo técnico como auxiliar de ingeniería en las actividades de reparación y mantenimiento de infraestructura vial, hidráulica y demás obras complementarias, en el tramo comprendido entre el K50+000 y el K85+600 de la vía Bogotá – Villavicencio. Durante la práctica, se llevaron a cabo actividades relacionadas con el seguimiento a la ejecución de obras, el control de costos y el apoyo en la elaboración de presupuestos y licitaciones. Lo anterior tuvo como fin aportar a la gestión eficiente de los proyectos mediante el cumplimiento de los cronogramas, la supervisión técnica de las intervenciones y la aplicación de criterios normativos vigentes, lo cual permitió fortalecer las competencias profesionales del practicante en el ámbito de la Ingeniería Civil. |
