| Abstract: | This monograph is of utmost importance, since it allows for in-depth bibliographical and theoretical research on what is pertinent to programming, planning and control for the success of hydraulic works infrastructure, taking into account the magnitude of these mega works today. This is why It is esencial to understand the destination and the critical paths in these projects to keep track of it. The compilation of this monograph was based on a review of various archives, including academic articles, specialized publications and online resources relevant to the field. It provides a historical overview of the theoretical structure of the monograph, with a particular focus on how to achieve efficiency and success in hydraulic infrastructures. |
| Description: | La presente monografía es de suma importancia, ya que ésta permite investigar afondo bibliográficamente y teóricamente lo pertinente a la programación, planificación y control para el éxito en infraestructuras de obras hidráulicas teniendo en cuenta la magnitud de estas mega obras en la actualidad, Es por esto que entender el destino y las rutas críticas en estos proyectos es esencial llevar un control de ello. La compilación de esta monografía se basó en una revisión de varios archivos, incluidos artículos académicos, publicaciones especializadas y recursos en línea pertinentes al campo. Proporcionar una visión histórica de la estructura teórica de la monografía, con especial atención a cómo lograr eficacia y éxito en infraestructuras hidráulicas. |
