Práctica empresarial como auxiliar de supervisión en los contratos ejecutados por el grupo de recursos físicos encargado de la infraestructura del Icetex.

Abstract

The following document aims to develop the Civil Engineer internship at the public entity Icetex in the structural resources group as a Civil Engineer auxiliary, in which it was carried out the supervision to the preventive and corrective maintenance contract as well as the inspection contract to the maintenance contract mentioned above. Inside the supervision to this contract, it was required the vigilance of budgets and timelines in which it was found a really dynamic contract realization considering that there were different offices where even though some delays appeared due to different external reasons as for example the weather or the schedule to carry out the construction depending on the place of the office were located however the contract was implemented in a good rate bring about good advances and results. During the development of the practicum different documents were written down that allowed to carry out the contract tracing as well as to inform the intervening parts about all the actions that could affect the correct development of the project; therefore in this document are mentioned those documents that allowed the improvement of the contract and in this way increase the quality of the constructions. Taking into account that the main goal of the project was to guarantee the functioning of the facilities from this point of view the practicum was done by realizing different inspections to the construction sites in order to find damages or break downs that avoid the proper functioning and give a bad service to the civil servants that stay in the office with the purpose of realize the repairing of the damages and maintaining the offices in ideal conditions. Finally, the closure of the practicum was an update of the inspection manual with the inclusion of new obligations for the presentation of the necessary documents in a contract in order to guarantee a better product of the vigilance with the improvement in the technical, financial, environmental and legal aspects, moreover there were created different forms that allow a better presentation of the information for future contracts.
